Leaving Spirit

Leaving Spirit embodies handmade rock music rooted in blues, rock, and country. A standout feature is the distinctive voice of singer Paula Frecot, bringing a refreshing diversity to the otherwise male-dominated genre. The band released their debut album "Things Change" in 2019. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the band ventured on a small Germany tour in the fall of 2020, making stops in Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover, and Leipzig. In spring 2021, they released new songs, including the live-session-recorded single "Myth of the Delta Blues," which has already captivated over 300,000 viewers on YouTube.
In September 2022, the band presented their second studio production, "100% Leaving Spirit." As hinted in the title, the album was recorded in their own rehearsal room and entirely self-pro (...) Mehr anzeigenduced, mixed, and mastered. Even the cover artwork was designed by frontwoman Paula Frecot, making it a 100% Leaving Spirit original.
The musical journey continued in 2023 with concerts in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, where the band shared the stage with renowned artists such as “Markus Rill”, “Muddy What?”, “Erja Lyytinen” and “Robert Jon & The Wreck”. The band is now focused on the upcoming tour and the new album "Guide to the Spirit World" in 2024. In addition to 11 concerts in the Czech Republic in spring, the band will also perform in Germany and the Netherlands for 28 more shows.
