MEL T. EYES is a German melodic hardcore five-piece from Heilbronn. After their metalcore debut EP “Homestory” and the release of a music video to their single “New Document”, the band went through significant member changes on guitar and bass. This should decisively shape the sound and presence of their musical project. This step led them into a much more mature and differentiated path, which also should hold a publisher deal with Kick The Flame-Publishing within. Emotional, plaintive melodies and carpets of sound seem to fit perfectly with harsh oldschool-Hardcore riffs. The band tries to overcome the gap between atmospheric lightness, sensation and violent, groovy rhythms. Lovers of melancholic and pensive art but also defenders of energetic mosh- and 2step-action will find their place. (...)
