Cheri Lyn

Cheri Lyn’s journey is a testament to forging one's path and following one's passion. Born in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, into a musical family, music was her way to express emotions.

Her defining moment came in college when a teacher, moved by her Tina Turner covers, gave her tickets to see Tina live. That concert, her first major one, was life-changing. Watching Tina perform, Cheri Lyn vowed to bring the same heart and soul to her performances.

At 25, despite singing in a cover band, Cheri Lyn was unfulfilled. During a trip to Ireland, an old man’s story about the three-leaf clover being a symbol of everyday luck inspired her. She returned to Germany, quit her job, and moved to London to study music.

In London, she discovered her unique style, blending rock, blues, pop, soulful harmon (...) Mehr anzeigenies, and cinematic sounds with modern beats. She recorded her debut EP, ‘Secret Love,’ in 2019, opening for icons like Walter Trout and interviewing her idols, Beth Hart and Melissa Etheridge.
Cheri Lyn’s star rose further in 2022 when she featured on the ‘Circle of Friends’ album with rock legends. A spontaneous performance with Ed Sheeran at the Frankfurt Oktoberfest made headlines worldwide.

On November 11, 2022, Cheri Lyn released her debut album, ‘Saviours,’ praised for its dynamic and imaginative sound. By February 2023, it had reached the Top-20 on the International Blues Broadcast Association charts. She also won Best Rock and Best Singer at the 2023 German Pop/Rock Awards.

Now, collaborating with guitarist Eugen Leonhardt, Cheri Lyn is working on a new Pop/Rock EP, ‘Escaping Time,’ aiming to captivate an even broader audience. Her story reminds us that life is what you make of it—so enjoy every moment and let the magic shine through in every note. Weniger anzeigen
