Thies Engel

My dad's a drummer, so I've always been surrounded by music. My dad's band, his vinyl and CD collection and jam sessions with his friends. I started playing classical guitar in elementary school and tried to master it, just to be seen holding a bass in 9th grade, which led to me being asked to play in some older student's rock band. Since then that's basically what I've been doing. And I didn't just make peace with it, I devoloped unconditional love for this beautiful four-stringed instrument and it's power and versatility.
