Thomas Fallon

I'm 26 and from London, now living in Cologne. I mostly want to play for fun and to improve at guitar (and singing) and would like to perform onstage (semi-)regularly. I would ideally like to find something that sounds like a mix of The Jam and Talking Heads - so kind of funky punk/rock music, but my taste is reasonably diverse, including the Clash, Fela Kuti, Blur, Stone Roses, Stereolab, early Arctic Monkeys. Anything punchy and/or faintly danceable. Sadly, I can't really get into metal or hard rock and the like. I've written a lot of my own songs - I generally put more effort into the lyrics, since I am largely motivated by resentment at society and just want to complain, but in a way you can whistle to. I learned bass guitar for about 6 years when I was younger, then stopped for a whil (...) Mehr anzeigene, then took up the guitar last year and am loving it.
